After over fifteen years of chronic knee pain, I have tried everything I can to resolve the years of wear and tear due to playing football rather too passionately, add to that my ultra marathons, snowboarding and mountain biking it’s been a huge undertaking to resolve as I’m now approaching 52 years old.
